Coming in 2025

Building a Community of Trauma-Responsive Organizations

The Healing-Centered Collaborative represents the next evolution in organizational trauma-awareness, resilience building, and healing. Currently under development, this innovative membership program will be exclusively available to STAR-certified organizations committed to sustaining and advancing their trauma to healing continuum.

Program Elements (In Development and only at the concept stage currently)

  • Community of Practice: Connect with other certified organizations to share best practices and learning
  • Living Badge Recognition: Digital credential demonstrating ongoing commitment to healing-centered approaches
  • Assessment Tools: Regular audits and evaluations to ensure continued growth
  • Professional Development: Access to FSU's specialized training resources
  • Collaborative Learning: Quarterly virtual gatherings for shared learning and problem-solving

Why Join? The Collaborative recognizes that sustainable organizational change requires ongoing support and community. Through intentional connection and shared learning, members will work together to transform workplace cultures and break cycles of systemic trauma.

This program is currently in development with an anticipated launch in 2025. Organizations interested in joining the Collaborative should first pursue STAR Certification. Contact the RISE team for more information about the certification process and to stay updated on the Collaborative's launch.
